SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

Manchester, Tollesboro, Rome, Blue Creek, Rarden, Otway, Concord, Trinity, Carrs, State Route 348 at State Route 125, Wamsley, Ribolt, Charters, Ladd, Mount Joy, Cedar Mills, and Herron Hill.
