Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE... A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Marion, Monongalia, Preston and Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston. * WHEN... Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of thunderstorms are expected through this afternoon that could produce heavy rainfall.
